Resolved - The faulty component affecting network access in areas of the Edward Elgar building has been replaced and normal network services have been restored. ICT will continue to monitor network performance throughout the day.

Identified - ICT are currently working to restore network connectivity to some parts of the Edward Elgar building. The cause has been identified and work is underway to rectify the problem.

Resolved - The replacement component has been installed and network services have been restored to these locations.

Identified - Network connectivity is currently unavailable in Windrush Halls and the Security Office in Worcester Halls due to hardware failure. Engineers are replacing the faulty equipment.
