Investigating - ICT are currently investigating issues with telephony. This is currently affecting incoming and outgoing external calls. Updates to follow.

Update - Unfortunately the upgrade works intended to repair this functionality were not successful.

Further consultation with our 3rd party contractors has been booked for next week and IT Service will post further updates once a permanent fix has been identified.

Update - Works to repair this issue are now scheduled with our 3rd party contractor between 07:00-09:00 on Friday 22nd. Once these have been completed a further update will be posted.

Print and copy and Point of Sale services will be at risk during this time although disruption is likely to be minimal.

Cash top-up services at University and Hive kiosks are unaffected.
